The Day Care Centre is an intermediate structure in the community where it is housed, with programs aimed at the psychosocial support of chronic patients in order to improve their adaptability and functionality in society as a whole. The Centre’s programmes seek the active participation of individuals themselves in the process of psychosocial reintegration and the improvement of their quality of life.
