The Day Centre is an intermediate care structure in the community where it is housed, with programmes aimed at psychosocial support of chronic patients in order to improve their adaptability and functionality in the society as a whole. Through the Centre’s programmes, we aim at the active participation of the individuals in their process of psychosocial reintegration and improving their quality of life.
