Dr Georgios Chasiotis

Hassiotis Georgios was born in Larissa in 1992. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly in 2017 and subsequently completed his military service. In 2019, having completed one year of General Surgery residency at the University Surgical Clinic of the University General Hospital of Larissa, he began his Urology residency at the University Urology Clinic of the same hospital (Director: Vasileios Tzortzis). After successfully passing the Board Examinations in Urology, he remained and served for one year at the University Urology Clinic of the University General Hospital of Larissa, at the end of which he was granted exemption from the compulsory Rural Medical Service.

He successfully completed the Postgraduate Program “Surgery of the Minor Pelvis and Perineum” (Professor: Konstantinos Tepetes). He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. He trained extensively and participated in a large number of surgeries of minor, intermediate, and major complexity. He was actively involved in the authorship of scientific papers, attended numerous scientific congresses, and was a speaker in five of them. He is a member of the SIU Academy Residents Sub-Committee.
