Dr. Yiannoula Neophytou graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens in 1993. She worked as a resident doctor for 1 year at the Pediatric Clinic of the General District Hospital of Kavala. Afterwards, she worked as a doctor-in-training at Larnaca General Hospital (1995-1996) and at the Makarios III Hospital in Nicosia and as a resident doctor at the pediatric clinic (1997). She completed her specialty in pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital Aglaias Kyriakou at the II University Clinic, University of Athens (1997-2000). She continues to attend seminars to in order to remain informed about developments in pediatrics. She is a member of the Pancyprian Medical Association, the British Medical Association, the Cyprus Pediatric Society and the Cyprus Perinatal Society.
