Dr. Paris Zygoulis studied at the Medical School of the University of Thessaly and received his specialty title in 2008 from the University Hospital of Larissa. He specialized in the ICU of the same hospital and was awarded his specialization title in 2011. He completed his doctoral dissertation titled “Changes in Sleep Quality and Physical Condition in Individuals with Chronic Renal Failure”, earning his PhD with distinction in 2014.

He has contributed to two Greek translations of the Oxford Handbook of Respiratory Medicine and the Oxford Handbook of Intensive Care Medicine, and has numerous conference participations and publications indexed in PubMed. He also teaches in three-year undergraduate programs at the University of Thessaly and at the Nursing School of the same university.

Since 2023, he has been working at the Pulmonology Clinic of Limassol General Hospital as a Grade 3 Medical Officer.
